RIB Tube and Inflatable Collar Services

A very special project! These two 9 metre custom yacht tenders were tubed for HM Powerboats, that were designed and built for a mimimalist look with auto inflation/deflation system for loading into the mother ship.

This local watersports centre's Highfield Patrol 600 was retubed in Orca 866 anthracite, commercial grade and added grey fittings with customised laser cut logos. Shes back out on the water for thrill rides in Torquay!

We love a Scorpion retube and this one came all the way from Scotland!

This is another of our Ribeye retubes. Tube removed and glue cleaned off, we also scrub down the all of the internal areas so it is clean before going in to the workshops for fitting.

A Ballistic 7.8 that we built the tube from pattern. We installed all of the fittings and provided a fitting kit and full techinical back up by phone or video call. Retubed in Orca 828 anthracite this RIB is now on station at Kip Marina, Scotland.

Sailing clubs and charities can benefit from discounts for retubes! Our local charity brought us their Ribcraft 4.8 for new tube in Orca 828 Etna red with laser cut logos and we installed new wiring ready for the season ahead.

This customers had their Ballistic 7.5 collected from Portsmouth for retube in Orca 828 Ocean blue with grey fittings. It was finished and delivered back ready for the new season.

A Ribeye 500 for a customer in North Wales was retubed in Orca anthracite and black. Collection and delivery is part of the services we offer.

A previous customer sent us some pictures of his pride and joy, a Revenger 29 Rib that we rebuilt a few years back. Sitting here on the Versadock in France and still looking nice and fresh.

Introducing the Demon 650 Huracan. This 6.5 metre Rib has been brought to us by the acclaimed Rib designer, Adam Younger. We gave him a tight brief for a boat with the key attributes of usability, aesthetics and performance and we believe the results beat everything in its class.

The mould tools are set up to utilise resin infusion technology which ensures a perfect power to weight ratio in all of the composite components coupled with incredible strength.

The owner of a superyacht in St Tropez transported their 'tender' a 29' Revenger for a complete and comprehensive refit and retube, all carried our by our profeesional team in Dartmouth.

A private customer based in Exmouth, Devon wanted to update his pride and joy with a new set of tubes. We retubed the Ring Rib in Orca Hypalon Anthracite with a red pinstripe.

Our friends at Rock Marine Services in Cornwall commissioned us to retube a Scorpion 9m for one of their customers in Rock. This has carried out to our usual very high standard in Military Grey Carbon Orca Hypalon with contrasting black tear drop rubbing fender.

Received from a customer in Topsham, Devon, a retube of his Ribeye 750, out with the old and in with the new styling with a set of Anthracite Orcar Hypalon tubes.
